What it is

What MissionOps actually does

MissionOps is the day-to-day engine of your facility. Our embedded operators are in attendance on site running rounds, logs, and response, while we own the maintenance calendar, the vendors, and the CMMS — staffed to the criticality of your site, up to true 24/7 coverage.

Why it matters

Uptime is not luck. It is a program.

When operations are reactive, the facility runs you. Overtime spikes, vendors set the schedule, deferred PMs quietly stack up, and the first sign of a problem is the outage itself. Every unplanned event costs more than the repair — it costs production, credibility, and the trust of the people who depend on the building. A disciplined operating program turns those surprises into scheduled work.

What we do

Facility management, man-in-attendance, and daily operations

MissionOps is steady-state facility management. Our operators are on site, in attendance, running the floor day to day — rounds and logs, the maintenance calendar, the vendors who show up for it, and the systems that keep the record honest. Staffed to the criticality of your facility, up to true 24/7 coverage.

How we staff it

Embedded with your team

We embed alongside the operators already on site — filling gaps, setting the standard for rounds, logs, and response, and training your people on the same playbooks until they can run the facility themselves.

01

Man-in-attendance & daily operations

Qualified operators physically on site, responsible for the plant every shift. They walk the equipment, take the readings, catch the drift, respond to the alarms, and hand the site off cleanly at the end of the shift. Coverage is sized to the criticality of the facility — business hours, extended, or continuous.

  • Operators in attendance on the shift pattern your facility requires
  • Structured rounds and documented monitoring of critical equipment
  • Alarm response: identify, acknowledge, escalate, resolve
  • Shift turnover that carries open issues, work orders, and temporary configurations
  • First response and isolation when something goes wrong
  • One accountable team on the floor, not a rotating cast
02

Maintenance & vendors

We own the maintenance calendar and the vendors who show up for it. PMs are built around asset criticality and actually completed, corrective work is tracked to closure instead of to a quote, and every contractor on site is scheduled, escorted, witnessed, and reviewed against the work they billed for.

  • PM program built around asset criticality and run to completion
  • Corrective and deferred work tracked to closure, not to a quote
  • Vendor scheduling, escorting, witnessing, and QA of work performed
  • Repeat failures analyzed instead of repeatedly repaired
  • Spare parts, consumables, and critical inventory managed
  • Capital and repair-vs-replace recommendations backed by history
03

Technology implementation

The program runs on tools, and we implement and support them for you. A CMMS becomes the system of record for assets, PMs, and work history. The MissionSafe™ app offers instant hazard awareness with hazard observations and FLHA/JSA in the field. We stand them up, load them with your data, train your team on them, and keep the data honest afterward.

  • CMMS selected, configured, loaded, and used as the system of record
  • Assets, PMs, workflows, and approvals mapped to how you actually operate
  • MissionSafe™ app deployed to the crews doing the work
  • Digital rounds and logs replacing paper checklists
  • Reporting leadership can act on, backed by data from the floor
  • Operators trained on every tool until they can run it without us
04

Your mission

Whatever sits outside the standard scope. Every mission-critical site has a goal that does not fit a service line — a handover to survive, a certification to reach, a team to rebuild, a program to document before an audit. We learn your facility, your systems, and your constraints first, then build the coverage around the goal you are actually chasing.

  • Facility assessment and gap analysis before anything is proposed
  • Staffing, training, or documentation gaps filled with our people
  • Custom scopes for one-off projects, startups, and transitions
  • A program built to hand back to your team when they are ready

You should not have to run your building to run your mission. That's our job.
